What is Supervised Visitation?

 

Supervised Visitation refers to a contact between a non-custodial parent (NCP) and one or more children in the presence of a neutral third person responsible to observing and seeking to ensure safety of those involved.

 

My role & purpose as a Professional Provider/Monitor:

Supervised Visitation Fees

Fees are payable: Zelle pay, PayPal, Cash app and

PAID IN ADVANCE.

No services will be performed unless fees for services are paid in full prior to services being provided. 

 

Please contact us for pricing. Affordable hourly rates (most fees are hourly).

 

Fees for all supervised visitation services have a two-hour minimum, unless a court order specifies a shorter duration.

 

Fees for services do not include travel fees and associated expenses.

No charge for cancellations with at least 48-hour’s notice.

INTAKE INTERVIEW

The purpose of the intake interview is to have free and open communication. This would also be the time to collect and maintain current, relevant information about the family and case.  (Exps) Copies of any protective orders, Current court orders, any Judicial Council form/forms relating to supervised visitation orders, A report of any written records of allegations of domestic violence or abuse, & also an account of the child's health needs, if child has a chronic health condition. The intake interview can also create Provider-Client rapport that will help establish the nature of an enduring professional relationship.

OFF-SITE SUPERVISED VISITATION

Refers to supervision of parent/child contact at a facility that is under the management or the Provider.

SUPERVISED EXCHANGE

Is the supervision of the transfer of a child from the custodial parent to the non-custodial parent at the start of the parent/child contact and back to the custodial parent at the end of the contact.

VIRTUAL SUPERVISED VISITATION (ZOOM/SKYPE

This visitation includes communicating and interacting with their children through many kinds of technology, including:

- Internet or web-based conferencing using a web cam.

- Video conferencing using a video phone

- Instant and text messaging

- Email

- Telephone calls

WRITTEN REPORTS

- Observation notes will be kept by the Provider during each visit. Provider will also keep a record of all phone calls and other interactions between clients.

- I will receive a copy of the report as well as all parties.

- If a visit is terminated or if services are terminated for any reason, all parties and the Court will be notified via written notice, which will give reason/reasons for the termination.

COURT TESTIMONY (UPON SUBPOENA)

IWill testify informally regarding case plans, the child's well-being, reasonable efforts, visitation, parental performance and needed services at each hearing in the case.
